Refunds
Certain restrictions apply to sales of Products sold through the Service that might not otherwise apply to physical goods. Refunds will not be issued due to your dissatisfaction with the product or if your computer does not meet the minimum Product requirements.
Refunds may be offered if ALL the following conditions are met:
- The time of your request for a refund is no more than 14 days from the time of the purchase.
- You haven't used activation link, haven't activated it and account details haven't been disclosed to you by email or on activation page.
- You did not launch or play any of the games you purchased.
- Neither email nor password of any of the purchased accounts have been changed.
Paypal refunds CAN NOT be processed after 120 days from purchase.
Unfortunately Freekassa payment gateway does not support refunds.
If you feel you qualify for a refund, please contact us via online chat or email. We can also offer you a replacement upon mutual agreement.
EU Customers
If you reside in the European Union and you purchase a Product, the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 may apply, and you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days, commencing on the day after the date of purchase, if the conditions above are met.
You will lose your right of withdrawal if you violate any of the conditions above.
